With Engin, you install a voicebox which does all the traffic control for your phone calls. Incoming phone calls from the Public network come straight through to your phone. The Voicebox sends most of your outgoing calls through your broadband connection. The voice box also knows to send emergency calls out through the public network so “000” still works.
